About us
ADC Dance & Fitness offers a variety of classes for children and adults at our studio as well as offering classes in external educational settings.
We teach Ballet, Tap, Modern, Acro, Aerial Arts (Hoop & Silks), Cheer Dance, Musical Theatre, Street Dance, Contemporary, Lyrical, Mini Movers Parent & Toddler, Tumbling, and Pom Fit.
We offer exams, class assessments and lots of performance opportunities such as local events and shows. We have had dancers perform in Disneyland Paris and we are heading out to America in 2026.
